mixfaderで利用
kickstarterで投資したmixfaderがフランスから届いたのでさっそく使ってみました。 チュートリアルのビデオを見ながら基本的なスクラッチが(iPadのヴァーチャルな画面上ですが)、できるようになります。 mixfaderはBluetooth接続なのですが、レイテンシーは、ターンテーブルの画面表示は少々遅れを感じるものの、聴覚上は問題ないレベルを実現しています。慣れれば問題ありません。 トラックにはsoundcloudからも取り込めるので、楽しみは無限大です。
ターンテーブルの表示が大きくていいね！
一応、ＤＪ app としてAトラック＆Ｂトラックとあり無料ですから嬉しいと思います。が、スクラッチ重視として１トラック表示のみとなっています。音源は５個、サンプルとして入っていますがiPone内の使用も可能です。ターンテーブルが大きく表示されスクラッチをやるには他のappも敵わないでしょう。しかし、左下に小さく表示されているFADERは機能しません。同社のMIXFADERの販促用付属appと考えていいでしょう。実際、app を開いてみると「MIXFADER 買いますか」みたいな表示とMIXFADER接続の為「Bluetoothを有効にしてください」的な表示が出ます。MIXFADER予約注文している自分としては問題なく、非常に使える app だと思います。MIXFADERは４月から販売のようですがまだ届いていません。楽しみです！
