Pretty powerful and easy to use - could use better/more library content
I was able to design 3-d floor plans for an entire house within a couple of hours of using this, so it's fairly intuitive and easy to use. I wish there were a larger variety of fixtures and objects but I think as the library grows it willbe even better. Very powerful tool for the money.
Wow! Love It!
I spent years looking for a good interior design/decorating app since the one I used to obsess over was discontinued (neybers)...I'm absolutely thrilled I found and bought the Pro edition of Live Home 3D last week! It's easy to use and is fun to explore. I'm already spending up to 12 hours a day creating dream spaces. It's an app that can easily be used to translate design/decorating ideas to clients at a very reasonable cost. I'm looking forward to the design/decoratng library expanding over time (rugs, more lighting, open & closed doors and windows, etc.). THANK YOU!
Good for basic floorpans and...
I have benn using Live Home 3D for a while and I think it is very good for what it is - at least with the basic version that I have. I am not a professional architect, but I can see where it could be useful if I were. The big thing - for me - is that it needs a little work from the user ergonomic perspective. Just a few too many clicks to do simple ops. But, I would definitely recommend this app for the beginner… and beyond!

I love this app for my needs. I do minor remodeling and it's very easy to use.
simple to use, but.......
This ap is simple to use, but there are some pretty big limitations. As an example there is no way to create a single story home with a sloping shed roof. All exterior walls in a building must be the same height.
Not quite american
We’ve been using Live3D for the last 3 years to imagine our dream home. As someone said, it got limiting very quickly. We upgraded to the Pro version and we were very happy. Only word of caution, if you upgrade via in-app, you cannot share between your family computers. Buy it through the Mac App Store. We eventually hired an Architect that used a professional software. For grins, I decided to try to duplicate his work. Surprisingly, I was able to duplicate about 95% of his work. There were limitations like the program cannot do half walls or different floor elevations. So my version looked less polished. But it was helpful to use it to test out the different lighting options in the house. This alone made it worth it for the purchase. The program looks like it was written in the UK or Europe. Most of its object is very European and for American users may look a bit old fashioned, especially their textures look like something my grandmother used. Also, you may not see many objects you need. Air-conditioner or pretty much any whole house HVAC equipment, Kitchen cabinets do not have corner pieces, soffit lights, any utilities meters (water, gas, electric, etc…), skylights and American BBQ (not the tiny grills). We love Scandinavian furniture, the Pro version came with some but not enough. Lastly, and probably the most annoying thing for me, is their search and organization. Example, I would search for “Toilet” and nothing would come up. But I search for “Water”, I get Water Closet. LOL Overall, still an excellent program. Very powerful, very stable and their tech support group is very helpful and responsive. Invest a little time and you will see good output. For laying out the rooms, figuring out what fits and what works, this was a perfect program for us. If they would invest in their object library, I would gladly give it a 5 star.

i emaild you guys but im gonna put it here also make it where you can slope the landscape, And another suggestion is to make a Toggle so that you can open the doors and close them with ease and i cant airdrop a project is it broken?and also make it so you can edit the steirs meaning the rise and the run thank you
