Can’t access account
I use to play this game all the time, I got pretty far, I deleted it because I got too busy to play but now when I want to play it again its asking for a password, I don’t remember the password, or remember making one, and now I can’t get into the account.
Game issues/ app issues
I have been having issues with this game for a few weeks and nothing works that they have told me to do now I did what they said I can’t even get the app back on my iPhone when I reinstalled the game all I get now is when I go to open the app I get a Black screen then back to my iPhone screen plus issues in the game event issues I can’t even get event rewards I contact coq but get nothing to fix My issues
Horrible customer service
Issues upon issues emailed sent videos and same result uninstall reinstall game and after I do it still doesn’t change anything! I have spent so much time and money in this game but now I am at a huge loss with no way of fixing the issue
Game glitches
I logged in one day just to see I was completely logged out of my account. It has me as if I was starting a new game. So I had to re log in my account by logging in using Facebook. Low and behold items that I earned were missing. I had over 18,000 arrows in the monster hunt area and the were basically down to like 2000 or some. I immediately contacted support which considered of several automated responses before I get a real response which was days later saying the tech support could find my problem. They do this often to players. Basically act as if they don’t see the issue as if you are lieing or basically disregard you to the point you just give up trying to fight for your things you earned. They can so called find when a player is cheating but all of a sudden can’t find issues for genuine true players. I earned a thing I have in this game by purchase or rewards through the game. All I ask is for them to replace what was took from me during a glitch that logged me completely out but the won’t even do that. We spend money to play but don’t get the true support we deserve.
Waste of time and money
If you’re not willing to fork over a lot of money to play this game, be prepared to be very frustrated. I had two castles (because you have to have a farm if your going to succeed in leveling up the free way) and -big surprise- the one that I spent the most money and time on (the biggest one) suddenly disappears and has a passcode lock? I never set one. And it can’t send a passcode to my email because it’s bonded to Facebook... oh well... a lot of time, effort and money wasted- you can complain and write tickets to the support team all you want, still waiting for my reply from last year.
