Members will spend 100+ emails over glitches and rewards that end up being broken because the devs don’t actually fix the issues in the game. I have been playing since early March. The game was horrible for f2p, then MZ got bought out by a different company. They overhauled CB enough where it’s more balanced for all types of players. It will still HEAVILY favor p2p, but at least f2p now have a chance to compete. Slowly, the game has started to revert back to its older days. CB has been called out and gone under investigation with the Google Playstore for their improper support response to tickets and issues. Also the 5 star rating and comment reviews are real suspect here. There’s a review rated 5 star but the comment tldr says “trash game.” This company looks like they lie, appears to make false claims that potentially break fcc regulations, and generally don’t seem to have ethical business practices. At the end of the day I play, and keep playing because of the guild. I would will never recommend this game to anyone who cares about mobile games and has standards. the CEO changes the culture at the company, but we all know MZ wouldn’t do that. They are like the EA of mobile games. I also strongly recommend not spending because there numerous glitches and shady “marketing” tactics with packs that make them look more promising. If you try to tell MZ this they will respond with some fake math. Also, good luck getting MZ to admit there’s a mistake and getting compensation for their errors. Spend your time playing a game that won’t overheat your phone and glitch so much you want to start a drinking game out of it.

I reached level 60 and then I was demoted down to level 50. All my characters are at level 59 now, but I can’t level them up because it says I’m not high enough of a level. Also, I can’t find any admin support in the game. Please help fix this.

I’ve been playing this since February and so far the only issues I have are the over abundance of pop ups for the in game store. They seem to pop up after every screen transition 🤦🏻‍♂️ it slows down game activity bc instead of playing the game I have to continually dismiss the pop ups 🤬 Other than that I get kicked off the server frequently enough to notice. Boots back up quickly tho. 🤷🏼‍♂️ On a positive note: I have spent probably only about idk like $60 and that’s a higher guess and I already Mythic 🤓👏🏼👏🏼

Give this game a chance. It’s fun even if you can only come in once a day. I love my guild and it’s members.

I absolutely love this game. Whenever I’ve had issues and messaged the team, Kylo and Victor has always responded and helped me with my concerns. I played this game quite a bit without spending any money and when I do buy packs, it’s helped me progress even further in the game to where I don’t feel like I’m just throwing my money away, but getting even more enjoyment out of the game. Thanks Team for a great game and help!

I’m having trouble getting back into the game. When I tried to login it would just send me back to the Boot Up screenAfter loading. I took the recommended routeof deleting and re-downloading the app and logging back in my account, but The problem still persists. So it’s an account problem

There doesn’t seem to be any way to port characters or login on new device and retain everything you’ve spent six months getting.... it just starts you at level 1 again.. Help!!!
