Items not fitting correctly
My husband and I placed an order with Wish and we knew it was going to take a while before we received the items. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT- his sandals did not fit and we had measured his feet to their specs and I received a pair of clogs that are totally not made correctly for anyone’s foot. I have NEVER written a negative review and we order many things on line. BUT, his shoes and my clogs together equal over $70.00. When I wrote to WISH and explained fit issue they requested pictures of the items, then explanations which I had done already, then they requested more information which ay that point we realized it would cost more money to ship items back than it was worth and this is after paying exorbitant fees for each item for shipping on the order. Please be aware if you order and fit is wrong going through all this is not worth it. A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER. Ms Dale.

Desde el principio de la pandemic hizo un varios pedidos y esta es la hora que no llegan y veo que aún están en China otro los he cancelado por el tiempo y otro ellos mismos después de un mes me dicen que no tienen ese producto considero que es la peor página de ventas y no la recomiendo para nada y estaré quejándome hasta que me hagan llagar todo lo que pedí por que si tienen un tiempo limited para vender también deben ser responsables en sus ventas estoy muy disgustada con esta aplicación y no no no la recomiendo para nada es un total engaño.

As an online seller on multiple marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy also Wish We highly recommending to provide us a phone application for « wish merchants », To let the wish responsible in companies or sellers ( small businesses ) always updated with their performance ( orders, analytics...etc ) Specially orders, our responsible of wish marketplace always late of shipping because no notifications ( he don’t have access to email ) and ou email inbox is full of messages from buyers and other marketplaces we cannot check wish orders all the time Hope you understand and find a solution for us that is a mobile IOS and Android application for Merchants Yahya, Best regards

I obviously should’ve read the reviews before downloading because this app is terrible!!! It’s doesn’t let you log in and there’s no other option other than to provide your wish contact email address
