Amazing
This is a great app. I hardly leave reviews but felt the need to do a review for this app. I did this drive in winter during thanksgiving break in the times of covid. I started the drive at 830, watched the sunset at moonstone state beach, and arrived to pismo beach at 530pm as darkness was starting to creep in. Mcway falls and Hearst castle were both closed bc of covid. Did the drive back from pismo to Monterey at 6pm in complete darkness, was able to hear the sounds of the ocean most of the drive and also see stars like I haven’t been for months. Highly recommend this app especially if you have more time/light in the summer. Will come back in summer (hopefully covid is over by then) and do the drive with more time.

This app is fantastic and I couldn’t rate higher. It is a perfect companion to have with on a fantastic HIghway 1 drive. Worth every penny.
Best guide by far
We have tried other apps and there is no comparison. The male voice in the Gypsy app is soothing and entertaining. He guides you as you’re driving by giving you options of what to see with ample time to make a decision before needing to turn off. He guides you by telling you what to do versus other apps that refer you to a screen which is very dangerous to do while you were driving. Sound effects highlight “must see” places. Two thumbs up!
