App of Mapping - パソコン用

I have used it for 5 different sessions. Groups from 11th lvl to first. I do wish I could put traps where I want them but the app works great for me. It gives me the crunch I need to run a game at the table.

It does its job well but it could use some quality of life improvements, other expansions to the existing base could make this an amazing app and I would love to buy said extra ideas. Quality of life: -Saving the current map your using temporary for if the app crashes or you close it and don’t lose everything that you did? -Having a “Are you sure?” When randomizing again just Incase if a misclick and not losing everything -Being able to manually erase or place tiles. -Changing the room numbers. I had one map that I liked the entrance to be somewhere but didn’t want “Entrance” to be room 7 -Mixing with manual editing, starting with a blank canvas to create. Extra expansions that would be nice: -Placable objects, even if just circles as markers. -different shaped rooms, I’m not asking for anything fancy but simple circles and the similar could spruce up rooms, but could also be fixed with manual edit.

Trying out the app. Seems very cool and I don’t mind the couple of in app purchases. I volunteer dm at a library and this would be a great tool for nights when more players show up then registered and the dm has to wing it. XML import works well. Easy to find. I don’t see anywhere to import items so don’t know how good treasure generation will be. The one feature I was excited about was the import from dndbeyond. That would be hugely helpful. If it worked. It says login required but that is all that it tells you. I tried using the character sharing link and the character Jason link (which I would have assumed would be the right link). All it does is sit there with a spin icon. I even gave it a while thinking there was a lot of Jason to sift through since I don’t know how much is actually imported. Hope this gets fixed or better description of what is needed. Could be a user error. Adding initiative , fog of war and item import would be very nice to have.

Things I like: - The monster stat blocks are just one click away. - Very fast and simple. - Ability to add monsters manually to a room, duplicate existing ones, and apply (or remove) detailed filters across the dungeon or while searching individual monsters. - Free without annoying ads, thank you, developer! The paid upgrade is very reasonable and not necessary to make use of the app. Things I’d like to see: - A faster way to set party size and level. For example, one click or scroll to say Party Level: 6, Party Size: 4. It’s a clunky going one party member at a time. - Less nonsensical names maybe? They’re a hoot, but also too silly to be actually useful. Not terribly important. - The ability to draw the dungeon manually would be a great feature, though possibly outside the scope of the app. I’m imagining a blue screen that I could “erase” by dragging over the squares to reveal the grid underneath. The app could then recognize spaces wider than 2 squares as rooms. - Stairs and levels. Rare is the dungeon that’s flat. - Minimum number of rooms to counterpoint the Max Rooms setting. - Biggest issue, dealbreaker for me: Doesn’t seem like a complete monster list, or the Environment filter is wonky. Apparently at level 2 and 3, the only coastal monster available is a Bronze Dragon Wyrmling. At level 3 planar, only a Coatl shows up. I tried level 3 with dungeon, underground and cave, and only seemed to get oozes. Where are goblins, kobolds, dire rats, skeletons, darkmantles, and so on?
