How is every single location in a city with half a million people unavailable to order from? Completely useless
Carl’s Jr. doesn’t accept their own app’s orders.
I’ve been to 2 locations so far and both times they told me they don’t receive orders from the Carl’s Jr. App… only doordash, grub hub, etc. So my question is why does this app even exist?

what good is the app if you can’t do nothing
Store locator
When you put in an address or zip code to look for a store, no store comes up. When you use the map to zoom in on a store, you can’t tap on the store. This app is completely useless.
Not usable
I downloaded it thinking I can order on here, but I can’t order unless I pick a location. I go to pick one right down the street to find out it doesn’t have any locations here. What’s the point of the app if there’s no locations? Also no rewards for even getting anything so yeah it’s a bust.
Stupid App
Literally can’t find any stores around me or even in my city. For delivery or pickup. No rewards program. Absolutely no point to this app.
Not up to par with other fast food apps
Insufficient customization. Can’t ask for light Mayo or add ketchup. Can’t remove sauces in a lot of meals. No deals. Really poor app.
