This application offers quick and easy conversion of units. 16 different unit categories are supported, like temparature, currency, distance, weight, volume, ... In addition the app offers a calculator. You don't have to switch any more between conversion and calculation apps. There are even two calculators included, a standard and a scientific one. Units are sorted by frequency of usage, the units used most often show up on top of the list. No need to scroll anymore to find your favorite units. Programmable buttons make it possible to access your favorite conversion units even faster. All functionalities are accessible on the main screen, no need for tedious switching between sub-screens. List of supported unit categories: - currency (live update) - temperature - distance - weight - volume - time - surface - speed - angle - data storage - energy - power - pressure - concentration - radioactivity - typography Features: - simple and intuitive user interface - 2 calculators: standard and scientific - units are sorted by the frequency by which you are using them. The units you are using most are shown on top. This allows much faster working. - live update of currency conversion rates - programmable buttons: save your favorite unit conversions on these buttons for faster working. - swap key, for fast swap of the 2 selected units - all settings are saved when leaving the application Instructions: The programmable buttons are the blue buttons at the top. Hold one down until you hear the beep and the selected units will be saved on this button. Press the button again for fast recall of this unit pair. If the app emits a beep while working it means you have made an invalid operation, like for example the square root of a negative number. Please note: For currency conversion rates are downloaded from an internet server. Without a working internet connection the currency category will not show up. Useless calculator function. Don’t bother.
This is one of the few converter that offers a built in calculator. Unfortunately, it’s useless if you want to manipulate the value on the right in the calculator.
If it costs money, it should be complete.
Seriously... no cubic inches, feet, or yards???? I haven’t checked the other conversions, but what are they missing? Refund my money please
I Like it!
I have a few other conversation apps, but I always end up using this one. It works & I use it often for a lot of different things. It’s never let me down. Accept for having to choose a nickname for writing this review..., several names I wanted were already used. This is nuts. I’m beginning to think there is a flaw in the software.

Fantastic!
I love this app! Used it when travelling in Europe and often since. Handles currency as well as every possible unit. Use it for cooking too. I love that it handles every unit conversion I can think of! Update: Still using it several times a week. Still fantastic! One thing I wish it could do: have a toggle to view decimals as fractions. Not a big deal but that would make the app EXTRA fantastic!
Perfect app that was ruined
The old version of this was perfect; I used it all the time, daily. Now they've added ads that keep getting in the way, and pop up too frequently. I would pay for an ad-free version, but they don't offer one. And the ads keep getting longer, something that discourages me from using it to quickly double-check a measurement.
No memory of last position, one way conversion
I have the no-ad purchased version. The app has no memory of your last conversion when exiting and reentering the app, so for example if you frequently convert from Sing dollars to Euro you have to find and select the currencies in the list every time to re enter the app. It only converts left to right. There's no reverse conversion. So to go the other way you have to search and select the reverse conversion. The default decimal precision seems a bit much (to the millionth!). Other than those show stopper issues, it does conversions well.
