Slow to load
Trying to read a magazine and it is quite slow to load. It’s a consistent issue regardless of the Internet.
Can’t download magazines
I have a subscription for entire year but as of the April issue I’m unable to download the electronic version. The FAQs are useless in helping situation.
Can’t access magazines
I have a paid print subscription. Recently all my issues are no longer available in my library. I can’t access any digital issues. Technical support is lacking.
Poor technical support
For years I have been trying to use the online app with my newsprint. It stays active, then it’s not active. Having to re-sync all the time is a pain. The fashion and coverage in this magazine also seems to be abandoning the 50+ market lately. We like to dress well. There are fabulous women of style in Hollywood and business to feature on your cover instead of the revolving door of the same pop singers and actresses you keep putting on your cover. Not relatable. Not interesting.
Disappointed
I look forward to reading InStyle on my iPad, but I have not been able to download the December issue even though I am paid through June 2020. I can access the magazine on my iPhone, but my preference is to read on my iPad. I have refreshed and synced but the home page is still asking for a payment. I will not be resubscribing.
Can’t download any issues, app keeps asking for a purchase
I bought a subscription through Apple Pay, which was supposed to include a free 1-month trial and 12 issues...so far nothing has been downloadable. The app doesn’t show any issues available to read, only the most current issue with an option to purchase it. I am very disappointed, I think I’ll cancel and stick to print.

Always have to refresh to validate my subscription with every new issue. Should be automatic. Also no way to have a digital only subscription.
