Microsoft Remote DesktopやParallels Access等と比べても総合的に一番バランスが良いのではないかと思います。具体的な評価は以下の通り。 【良いところ】 ○接続方法が豊富 RDP、VNC、Fluid(独自規格)と接続方法が豊富。一部の規格で不具合が出ても別の代替手段が確保されているので安心感がある。特にRDPはアップデート後に日本語キーボードが認識されなくなるバグが出る事があるので、バックアップにFluidがあると安心。 ○インターネットからの接続が簡単(Fluid接続のみ) (1)PC・macにサーバーソフト(Jump Desktop Connect)をインストール (2)iPhone・iPad・macbookにクライアントをインストール (3)自分のアカウントにログイン の3ステップで接続可能。ルーターやVPNの設定など面倒な要素が無い。 ○クライアントが多い iPhone、iPad専用のParallels Accessと違ってmac用クライアントもあり、iPhone・iPadクライアントはSwiftpoint GTやCitrix X1マウスにも対応していて総合的に見て機能が豊富。 ○有料ソフトの中ではコストが安い 複数年単位で見ると割高なParallels Accessと違い、買い切り型なのでランニングコストが安い。 【改善して欲しいところ】 ×Fluid接続の画質が悪い 強制的に16bitカラーになるようで画質の悪さが目立つ。 ×Fluid接続はメーカーのサーバーを経由する 情報漏洩が心配な人はFluid接続は薦めない。また、ルーターや回線障害でインターネット接続が仕様不能な場合、Fluid接続も使えなくなるという弊害もある。接続先PCが同じLANの中にあるのであれば、直接接続できるオプションが欲しい。

半額セールだったのでポチッとしました。 同じ環境下、RDP接続でMicrosoft純正と比較した際にレスポンスが悪すぎます。 正直 使い物になるとは思えませんでした。 iOS版も使用していて全然問題なかったので、正直ガッカリ
RDP関連ソフトで初購入したのがコレ
ソフトのプレビュー画面が気に入り、このソフトを購入することにしました。 Mac OS Lion 10.7.5にて使用。 私はこのRDPソフトで、Windows Server 2012へ接続して使っています。 Microsoft Office for Mac 2011に付属してきた純正RDPソフトよりも、このソフトは安定して動いており、これは「使える！」と購入した事に大変満足しています。 MacにもWindowsにもLinuxにも、複数種類のOSへ使用できる、RDPとVNC両対応ソフトとして購入の選択肢としては良いのではと思います。
