Great mind game
I play Jotto every night and have for years. I used to play ‘Mastermind’ as a kid and love this version with words. Hint: QUILT is a good word for modifying to guess letters.

What did you do to the yellow letter option for maybe? I was using that! All the time! Lowered my ranking. Hope you’ll bring the yellow back.

I’ve typed in several 5 letter words but when I press go, it says I must use only 5!! Letter words. Since when did”tiger” and “takes” no longer use 5 letters? And where do you go to fix and/or correct?

i have been looking for a 5-letter word mastermind game for a long time now. thank you for writing it. one thing that i wish you would improve: I bought the upgrade so that I wouldn’t always be guessing from the same list of 100 medium words. but tag problem is, many of the 10,000 words are super hard. Like today, I got LINDY. This is not a normal word.
Excellent for solo play
Someday perhaps it will have a portal so we can play ‘live’ with others. But as a solo game it works quite well. Coming from 50 years of pencil and paper Jotto, it took me a few frustrating moments to get used to the red-green-yellow buttons. But now that I have got it down, I am very happy to be able to play Jotto whenever I feel like it. The lone developer is kind and very responsive to questions!
Challenge a friend
Can you please provide directions on how to play the game against another remotely. When a hit the button it asks for a word but then ends. How do I identify who I’d like to play and invite them to play. Thanks
