I used to like it… liking it less and less as I am continuously ignored...
Now, when I want to export videos I cannot choose where to send them. Instead you have a choice of where you might have sent the last one before the most recent update or video pads chosen folder. Actually my friend has only the option of the last folder he sent to before the update… cannot even access the Video Pad folder…? Anyway, am important feature that we use all the time is now missing and when I ask NCH by email I get ignored! One person at Apple tried hard to help me and could not… We deleted it and reinstalled and it didn’t help… Oh well, I used to like it… now I am an unsatisfied and ignored customer lookin’ to say what I need to… That was two months ago… I got a useless response! My coworker also contacted them. We are both paying customers. These guys don’t give a you know what… They said they would fix it after finally admitting that the version available on the App Store is missing a key element for no reason whatsoever. They have not done so so far...
