Paid but can’t access contents
Paid for a whole year full access for courses with 7400 Japanese yen, however it still keeps asking me to pay when I want to proceed to next lesson - even if on my setting page it already says I have full access. Customer told me to log out and log in - doesn’t work. Connect my email, it is connected. Apple charged me and refuse a refund. It is like, you paid for an amazon item, and it never came. Then they tell you to open the door again and again and see it will come. Horrible.
Pros and cons of new vwesions
Cons: i dont like the long message after answering each sentence. My brain wants to be in italian but all the time diff messages come up and i have to read it even i get it right. Better just make a sound to go next, only show if wrong. The keyboard of alphabets is much smaller and hard to see. Pros: still a great learning tool and good that u update a lof of pics.
I can’t use the microphone function.
I also have problem with bug not being able to use microphone to pronounce phrases in French on the new version. I am thinking to cancel the subscription if you don’t fix the problem.
