Bought it to get more information on the error, no option was given for monthly The error description stay the same but it repeats for each brand No way to enter your car brand or model to see specifics about it

EDITED: ( Due to me finding out that there’s multiple scanners that connect to this app. & I said somewhere to buy the auto doctor device or whatever, but I will say I bought the ‘KOBRA ELM327’ Interface that supports all OBDII Protocols! So, therefore I mean to buy this device to go with this app! It’s the absolute best!! Love this app and the KOBRA ELM327! I have no idea why some people don’t like this app. I’ve seen some just don’t like the fact that you have to email the problems to yourself….. uhmmm, that’s not hard? Literally 2 clicks and BOOM, you have it forever??? But I’m guessing that’s a bad thing for some people but whatever. I absolutely love this app and the scanner. It’s great. It’s simple. And it’s efficient. Idk what else to say, I just love it. I mean there’s a lot you can have with the paying for it but I mean it’s 20.00 per YEAR…. the FIXD scanners are way higher than that but do the SAME EXACT THING… THIS IS CHEAP, AND THIS IS VERY WORTH IT!! Don’t let the negative reviews scare you away over simple things that literally doesn’t even matter. Buy the auto doctor! This app
I buy the year subscription. When I turn my car off and close the app, the next day I get back in the car it’s takes awhile to connect. Now it not me out of my account and after trying to log back in, it won’t let me. And resetting your password is a piece of crap. They never send the link to your email for you to reset it. Nothing like paying for something that you use and the support is not responding
Doesn’t work with Ford
The only issue I’ve had with this app is that it doesn’t work with any Ford I’ve tried to use it on and I don’t know if it’s the app or the adapter it works best for me on gm products but not on fords which is a bummer because I’ve needed it for my 03 expedition and it won’t connect 🤷🏼
Paid year subscription
Worked well for a year. Went to use with iPad gen 8. Came up I need to upgrade followed prompts. It told me I was up to date had 10 months left. Did everything in troubleshooting guide. Calle apple they tried to help. Ultimately tech person said it’s a application problem call app maker. Sent email it told me to use troubleshooting guide. Sent another email explaining I did. No response. No way to get good tech support
GARBAGE
This app is absolute garbage!!! When it would connect to the Veepeak adapter that it says is supported it would only stay connected for about 30 seconds and then it would disconnect. I bought a monthly subscription and got absolutely no extras for buying the subscription!!! We tried to hook it up to 10 different vehicles at our shop and it would only hook up to two but it would always disconnect. Does not display very much mode 06 data and it definitely doesn’t decipher it. I could buy a cheap $20 hand scanner that would display more mode 06 data and it would decipher it. I would recommend the Car Scanner app from the App Store. It has tons more features and displays much more information for absolutely free. Thankfully I only lost five bucks on this app and I would recommend to anyone NOT to buy this absolute piece of garbage app!!! It looks like it was put together in about five minutes. Extremely disappointed in this useless app!!! And NO, my adapter is not malfunctioning. We used seven different adapters and the app kept disconnecting from each one. So clearly this is a piece of garbage app and also it’s very clear that nobody likes this app. In fact they hate it. Just read your own reviews!!!
