Best dating app
This is the only dating app I’ll use. My only complaint is why show people who live across the world? We are in a pandemic and need to connect with people who live near us for future safe distanced meetings. I would not want to waste my swipes on people who live across the planet, especially because there are only small batches of swipes at a time.

Terrible Update
As a product designer, the newest update is baffling. Introduces feature bloat and just more poor UI/UX. Unclear what the purpose of the app is now. Directory? Share something? Go back to one core feature because the “why” has gone MIA here. Sorry to be so savage, but some bad product decisions are being made.
Two years on the waitlist
It’s been an interesting experience. I downloaded the app at a friend’s recommendation given my creative background and interests. Uploaded my information and profile background. And promptly was told that my application was on a waitlist. That status hasn’t changed. I am attractive and I am successful at what I do. But somehow the team or algorithm at Raya doesn’t think so. And because the waitlist doesn’t let you go beyond one screen in the app as a user you have absolutely no way to provide any feedback. It creates an unpleasant and rather elitist brand image that frankly is not that appealing.
Acceptance process horrendous
I was referred to the app and I've been waiting for 6 weeks for approval and counting. There doesn't look like an end in sight. They give no updates on your status so I'm just sitting in the dark. Really awful process. Very frustrating
