App keeps crashing after getting the 3 month plan
Not just crashing You will experience some of the messages not even being sent. Also the app will overload your phone with just a week of documents and data that size up to 17GB which is insane. I made a ticket with customer service and instead of helping me with the issue they deleted 2 pics of my cats. And when I went off on them they decided to help me with my issue. That’s after I asked for a refund. This app is still developing so I will keep this updated and will also update how they treat my ticket. Oh yeah and if you’re expecting for you to find a Muslim woman that doesn’t have kids or doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke, never married, doesn’t prays and is not practicing after you clearly selected in your gold membership that you don’t want. But guess what you still get them and those features don’t work you will still match you with a non religious girl that drinks and has kids. Don’t get me wrong there are a lot of respectable and amazing Muslim women that don’t drink, etc. just wanted to point out that the gold features that are advertised for you to get it is not what you expect. You are way better off with a free muzmatch. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. Do not fall for it even if you’re lonely. It is really the same. The only difference I’m seeing is that my profile says gold. Oh yeah and gold membership isn’t all what you think you still need 6 months to change your nickname and 30 days to rest swipes( resting swipes did not work at all but they fixed it recently) oh and if you want instant chat credit it is 3.99 each one. Well, here is the thing’s which I don’t like it. Ok we respect people who working and supporting this platform, and it’s not cheap I guess. I paid for Golden member to support this Team.But if you need chatting more then one time you have to wait 12 hours which is discussing, or you have to pay again for each chat only+membership Another thing it’s filters and you are really see two absolutely different person, which makes you confusing I also don’t understand why owner approves girls who posted photo with open chests, is it Muslim site or what? People kissing and hugging dogs, have tattoos, drinking alcohol, this is really Far Far from Islam. And I mentioned are many deactivated accounts here, because when sending messages and waiting responses, you see person didn’t show up long time.

I converted to Islam almost 5 years ago and was in search for a religious, Allah fearing husband. During Ramadan 2019, I made a lot of dua for this to happen and turns out so did he. Alhamdulillah I met the love of my life shortly after Ramadan and got married after 2 weeks of knowing him! SubhanAllah if Allah needs something it will happen! We are now almost 6 months into our marriage and I pray that Allah continues to bless us and protect us from the evil ones! Insha Allah all of you looking for marriage finds your true love and may Allah make them the coolness of your eyes. And may Allah grant us all offspring that will be the coolness of our eyes also! Disappointing
Majority of the men are looking for a haram relationship, lying about their profession and are quick to ask for pictures showing your hair or figure. The site itself has glitches and I've had the same profile picture up for a few months and I recently added some where I'm still wearing hijab and fully covered but they said I'm not following photo guidelines
Dont like this app
I tried using this to find my better half, this app is not good at all. All I got was fraud people, who ghosted me and never contacted me. If you really want someone you should wait for the right moment, rather than going on apps like these and finding and losing hope or trust in love. I am really hurt from this app, this is just playing with people's heart and feelings!
STOP WITH THE ADS
This is the most annoying app I’ve ever used. Every three swipes it badgers you to pay for a membership and when you say no it asks you AGAIN forcing you to wait 5 seconds before you can say no again
