Sometimes that’s just not possible. But never fear! If you’re a fan FANatic, this app is for you! This app will allow you to choose between the sounds of 4 different fans to help you fall asleep when your head hits the pillow. Play one type of fan or mix them together to create your own custom fan sound. Mix characteristics to your fans such as clicks and wobbles. Add the sound of rain for a more relaxing mood. Fan sounds include a box fan, an oscillating fan, an even-toned fan, and a fan that sounds like it's blowing the sheets. Extra characteristic sounds include clicks, rain, and electric wobbles. The sounds will play in the background, so you can lock the screen of your phone and still hear the sounds as you fall asleep. The sounds will play until you stop them in the morning. No internet connection is required. This is a great app to have when traveling because bringing a fan with you usually isn't usually feasible. It is also a great source of ambient noise that you can turn on whenever you need to work without distraction. And finally, it’s also a great way to just sit back and relax to a calming sound when you need to unwind. How does anyone sleep or relax or concentrate without NiteFan in their lives? We have no idea.
Won’t keep running
I loved this app.. both my son and I use it at night to sleep. Ever since the iOS update, and despite the app update, the fan won’t continue to play when the phone locks. It only runs when the phone is open and we can’t keep it like that all night. Such a bummer to have to find a new one.
Update killed this app
I can’t use it anymore. There is no sound at all now with the new update to iOS
Screwed up the app
Now it only works when the screen is on. Useless if you’re trying to sleep which I’m assuming is the point of the app
Doesn’t work anymore
When my screen phone locks the fan noise stops too! Please fix!

Since the new update every time my screen locks or goes to sleep it cuts the app off
Great for sleeping
I love this app! But I recently did the update that was supposed to fix the bugs and not it’s not working unless the app is on screen. I can’t use it at night like I have for years. I hope this gets fixed quickly!
it stoped working
i love this app and it helped me fall asleep but i just updated my phone to ios 13 and it won’t let me open the app. I will tap on it, then the screen will go black and then it will go back to the home screen. Please, can you fix this because i love this app?!
