Love this game, BUT. When I got to level 10 I had to renew the subscription to continue, even though my subscription did not expire for another 2 weeks. I paid $4.99. Now Iam on level 12 and it won’t let me play unless I pay another $4.99,Ridiculous!
Description is misleading
Though you can certainly download the game for free, progression beyond level 6 requires a monthly payment of $9.99. Considering the number of similar match-3 games on the market, this price seems excessive, especially since the app does not bring anything new to the genre. I immediately deleted and will not download from this developer again.
This game is wanting another $9.99
When went to my game Jewel Quest Seven Seas a page is up blocking me to play. I have already paid $9.99 for this game & I am on level 88. I can not get back on to play. I Well since November I have been trying to get my money back because I couldn’t Play the game. It locked me out. They sent me an email to tell me how to get my game back but trying it did not work. I think the I win company are nothing but thieves & apparently They don’t have people working for them that know what their doing. I will not even give them I star. Game 103 expert level the wheels don’t change when you get them. They go from 5 to 4 & back to 5. Then sometime it says 0 but you don’t win even when you have gotten all the gold blocks.

Try to open game but it won’t open keeps on closing I am going to uninstall this game. Usually I don’t a problem with downloading games but, this one is ridiculous.

So apparently you can only get to level 15 and then you have to purchase the game or spend money to continue. So much for free. Oh well deleted the app and moving on

Seriously guys, come on. You need to fix your sh** like how it use to be. I have played this game twice through. LoveD it. However, I got a new phone, redownloaded it and now, everytime I open it, it makes me download the “free trial”. I’ve downloaded your stupid free trial and canceled 3 times!!! That’s how much I love this game. But this is some BS. I will gladly fix my rating once you fix this game. I’m seriously really disappointed and frustrated. I play this game bc it helps me escape my crazy or sh***y days. Currently that’s escape is not happening. Please please remove your fake optional trial.
