Our IT “upgraded” our staffing software to 2 factor identification using Verify. I’m now sitting at a table of firefighters, none of whom are able to log on to check on OT assignments or availability. Ap dead ends at a screen that asks for a QR code that nobody can find.

Force closing
Hello, I really need some assistance with this app. I use it for work and is required for me to sign into other apps and websites. For some reason all of the sudden it has begun force closing and I am unable to use it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I’m still having the issue
Repeated log in efforts
Not good. Takes multiple attempts to communicate outbound to phone. Once it sends that signal and it’s received on phone it works. Also this text area is white font on white backgrounds.
