Great Tool Bad Interface
I've just started using GeoGebra for my classical geometry class and I've found it very intuitive and functional for geometric constructions. That being said, the seeming lack of an option to save files locally once logged into an account as well as the lack of a normal array of toolbar menus are mystifying design choices in an otherwise very functional application
Great for graphing, godawful for anything else
I dont know why this program has decreased in quality, it used to be a wonderful tool for solving equations while also graphing them. If you ask it to solve an equation with multiple variables, geogebra assigns its own values to those variables and if you try to delete the values it assigned it deletes your entire original equation. This was not an issue when I first started using geogebra and I dont know whos smoothbrained idea it was to add but its terrible.
Not a fan of the offline version saving online
I love geogebra: I have been singing its praises for years. But unless I have not figured out something pretty basic, it seems the in V6 I can no longer save files to my desktop, even with the downloaded "offline" version. If I am mistaken please enlighten me; if not, can the save options be enlarged to allow for desktop saving?
App doesn't work with new update
App was worning fine, but now it won't open.
this program not working
it would be better if the program do not work at all but it works unstable and i lose by graph worked for 4 hours.
No longer a desktop app
All of the standard file/edit/tools menus are no longer in the title bar. You have to click through a weird iPad style interface to get to them. In fact, the standard keyboard shortcuts to open/save/etc don’t even work. People still do work on computers for the functionality this allows. It doesn’t make sense to have all of the advantages that a computer provides taken away. ESPECIALLY to make the macOS interface “touch friendly” when THERE ARE NO MACS WITH TOUCHSCREENS.
