BlockComment is an Xcode source editor extension. It allows you to comment using /* and */ or remove comment of this style easily. You can also assign it a hot key, "command + control + /" is recommended, with no conflicts to others. Usage: 1. Run the application at lease once, then close it. 2. Go to System Preferences -> Extensions -> Xcode Source Editor and enable this extension 3. Reopen Xcode and you can find this extension from Xcode menu.
Great Tool But Needs Documentation Option
The prior Xcode would document code with block comments. Now it puts triple slashes which is visual noise. Using BlockComment we need to have an option where it inserts the extra "*" and editor place holders for the parameters of the function that is immediatley below ... or immediately above (comment under the definition within the function) Like: /** @brief <#summary#> @discussion <#discussion#> @param someParam <#someParam description#> @param someParam2 <#someParam2 description#> @copyright <#copyright note#> */
Need more function.
This works well, but I think it is need more useful function. It is not working for highlighted word comment. And please add uncomment function.

Xcode 9.4.1 I used the "command + /" shortcut as suggested by the developer. This is exactly the app that I needed.

It’s great but I think it can be better. Please add feature that can comment some word which is highlighted. For example: If someThing && otherThing else { } I want to highlighted "&& otherThing" and comment it only instead of the row
