Won’t recognize password
Trying to use this but it won’t recognize my login even though it works on my desktop. Useless.
Keeps crashing
This app works great for a while, but it is very glitchy and crashes which prevents me from accessing my textbook which is very inconvenient!
Fix the scrolling
I don’t wanna read the previous page or the next page until I finish the one I’m on so please stop trying to make me every time I try to scroll down
USELESS APP
Can not sign in. Says hyperlink required. No where to insert a hyperlink. Awful service. This is basically a required scam to pass college.
Poorly designed
As one reviewer mentioned, actually logging in and accessing your books is a pain. There is no logical reason why you can just log in with all of the user info you’ve already created. The helpful reviewer says there’s a way to “approve” it through an email link but Macmillan does not make this easy whatsoever. Why have an app that hardly works? I still don’t know how to get this email link for approval or where to find it. In its current state this app is completely useless which is a real shame since the services it promises to offer sound fantastic.
