Previous version superior
Updated because previous version crashing. Although cards are not changed, the beautiful frames and text type were replaced with inferior graphics. I hope this can be remedied. There is definitely a different energetic feel.
Love them, but one suggestion
On the 9-card spread, the copy and tradition are to place the cards top to bottom in columns. The app places the cards right to left in rows rather than columns. I found this difficult to use as it doesn’t follow Dr Taylor’s instructions. Other spreads work perfectly. These cards are beautiful and even the sound effects add to the experience. Overall this is a Great deck!! In fact, it is my favorite.
Money Grab
I’ve already purchased this app years ago and now I can’t access it and you expect me to pay AGAIN to use it? No way! You guys need to do something about this because I’ve spent a lot of money on your apps which are completely unusable now!!! So bogus...I’m requesting a refund for everything from Apple.
Restore purchases not working
The recent update kept crashing so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now the restore purchases button does not click. I have 7 hay house apps that I paid for and 2 had the same issue.
How to contact Hay House
While Hay House keeps releasing every week new apps they barely maintain the technical flow and solidity of their old creations. I have about 10 apps which I cannot restore purchases on and I cannot access without paying again. Absolutely frustrating. Louise Hay would haven never let this happen. Please someone, anyone need to contact Hay House about their apps. Besides not being able to access them, some of them including this one are very well done and special, oriented to help and not only to make profit.
