The recorder did not work on my phone and I was charged for the service. I contacted the company however they said they could not refund the cost and or cancel my account.

Very deceptive
It says it’s free. Then when you download the app, it says you get a 3-day free trial, and then it’s “7,99”. I was skeptical, seeing the comma there instead of a decimal mark, that they were going to try to sneak in a $7,999 charge! Then when you click on it, it changes the price to $17.99 that you have to pay upfront before any trial.
