If my fans are screaming, I must be running the Okta extension!
Whatever is going on with the current version of the Okta extension it regularly chews up resources and causes the fans on my macbook pro to go crazy.
Add a keyboard shortcut please!
In Chrome this extension can be activated with a keyboard shortcut, but not in the Safari version. Please add keyboard shortcut support if possible! I open Okta-secured apps dozens of times a day and the keyboard shortcut is a huge time saver.
This app is often using 300% of my CPU... why?
I wrote a review a while ago flagging that my Mac's fans spin up like crazy and then I check the activity monitor, and Okta Extension App is using 300% of my CPU... for what? Something is very wrong with this app. Are you all mining Bitcoin, or what? This is basically malware at this point.
Bad password design
I use Okta for work. I do not want an outside password maanger other than the one I already use. If Okta wants to track my password/sites for my work site, because my work site has signed up for that, great. It shouldn't need to look at anything else. Really, really bad design for apparently mandatory option.
Can't get it!
It just spins, won't download or install for safari 13
Horrible. Will crash your mac
Every couple of days, this plugin will peg the CPU to 800% making it unresponsive. If I'm lucky I can catch it in time and kill it from the command line.
Takes a crazy amount of CPU power
Not sure exactly what this app is doing but it is consistantly running at 500-700% cpu on my machine. Causing the battery life to be much less and the computer always running hot with the fan working hard.
