Ate a file
I decided to give this a try. New account setup was a little rough around the edges, but it connected and transferred files fine. Then I tried editing a file on the server--never a good practice, but a good FTP client can handle it. Failed. Ate an index.html file that I had to re-install from backup. Not eating files is key. Hence the one star.
Only allows one connection
Scamware! This version of the app only allows you to make one connection. If you need to connect to more than one server, you must pay for the $14.99 version.
Useless for external FTP access
It seems only be able to turn your own computer into an FTP server. It is not possible to connect to exteranl FTP sites.
Crashes Everytime
Much like the review below by karlostjackal I am unable to make any connection because the app pops up a window requesting a folder then it freezes and I have to force quit. I’ve visited the support and found nothing of use. I can see ther device I’m trying to connect to but thats it. WIll have to download another app. Dont waste you time.
Unable to Quit at First Launch
At first launch, app requests a folder for it to store downloaded files. There is no way to do anything else without giving it a folder - even command-Q fails. The only option is to force-quit. This is not what I expect from a professional app. There is no reason to require a download folder since the Mac comes with one for each user automatically. If a user doesn't provide one, the app should ask for a download location each time a download is requested. And if a user only ever uploads stuff, there's no need for a downloads folder.

This application is by far the best way for me to connect to my FTP web server.
Constant crashes
I tried using this program for about 15 minutes. During this time it crashed on me 5 times.
