I never make reviews but my problem with this is I was looking forward to buying some black pink ATEEZ stray kids and more merch in weverse so I download the app and when it says pick a group I looked and there was only bts txt nuest gfriend seventeen and another group I have never heard of and you picked one so I thought nothing much then I get in and create a account so I could favorite or wishlist some items but I go to change it from nuest and it still only has the same groups I listed above so I look to see if I missed the search bar there is no search Bar at all to search a group or item witch made me frustrated because I like all of those groups I listed except the one I didn’t know but I was looking for bp,stray kids,or ATEEZ. So if someone that can do something about this or knows something please tell me because it’s not fair I only get a couple groups to choose from when there is so many

I happy there are product for fans but this the second time I try to buy some thing it won’t let me buy because my address My address is valid and makes me upset because I can’t buy because of that issue and I am in USA there is no such thing weverse shop USA
Needs a lot more work
I’m not saying that the customer service chat isn’t helpful except that’s exactly what I’m saying. I’ve been trying to exchange a defective item for almost a month now. Here’s my complaints 1) For whatever reason, they don’t do threads. Even when my query was not resolved, it would auto-complete the query once the customer rep replies which isn’t helpful when the rep doesn’t answer my questions/help me. I have resorted to screenshotting my previous query and uploading it in my new query to make a “pretend” thread 2) You need more customer reps or a bigger team. Even before COVID, it was well-known how desperate you would have to be to resort to contacting the customer service on Weverse shop. It takes about a week between responses and would take several weeks for your issue to be actually resolved. A girl I know literally put washi tape over her melting portable battery because she didn’t want to contact them (before they did a full recall of the batteries). 3) please, please, PLEASE try to randomize the packs people buy more. This was especially bad with the BangBangCon release. Everyone in the US seemingly got the same packs. When I buy 5 packs of photocards, I don’t want 4 of them to be the exact same. Mix them up a little.
Customer service Needs improvement
Instead of requesting 1-on-1 support again, after getting a response back from the Weverse Shop customer service, I wish there was a way we can reply to their message directly. That would make it easier to see and keep track of im the inquiries we’ve made.
Filing a complaint with BBB
I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. There is no reason it should be 10months since I’ve paid for a product and not receive it. Customer Service has been no help and there have been no announcements to customers as to why it’s delayed this long. Legal action will have to be the way to get this company to treat the fans better.
All the merch sold out please bring back to the shop please 😭😭😭😭
