It is a great app but it keeps crashing and I will not start over second time.

Until it freezes and won’t reload! Emailed for help but am getting no response! Got to level 285 the first time. Deleted it, reloaded to start over and the same thing happened! Super frustrated! Don’t need this frustration life!

Fun game to play but it freezes at level. The only way to keep playing is uninstall and install again. Hope can fix problem
It won't move me pass level 85.
It seems to stuck at level 85. Nothing I tried is working, even if I try the hints etc it took the coins although there are no words left to put in

Got to level 13, solved puzzle, no letters left but it’s just stuck there. Has been that way for maybe 5 days. I have tried going back to main menu but as soon as I press play it takes me back to the same screen with nothing to do.
