    Great easy and Fun

    Fas-Rewards is great and now having the app, so much more convenient. I have more access to my account and my transaction history is clear and precise.

    Broken app

    When trying to set up new account I get an error message when I try to key in my card number. Skipping card number takes you too create password page. Get error messages with any password I type in.

    Still Useless

    I got the app to work, but it’s still pretty useless. When I present the barcode to the cashier, they are baffled and have no idea what it is. About 50% of the time, they can’t get it to scan and just do the transaction without the rewards card.

    Awesome!

    I couldn’t get into my account so the clerk told me about the app, it let me reset my password since I tried to email them and they told me that I had to call customer service but with the app it had the option of “forgot password” so much better and I can see everything again 😁
