App good/ employees terrible
Ordered food on the app and was easy. Picked up food but given the wrong food. I was working and did not have time to go back so I called and asked for a refund. They said they would process it without asking who I was. Jasmine said you gave me your name to which I replied that I only gave you my first name (which is pretty common name and spelled different ways-Laurie) and the order i was given was for another Lori. I proceeded to give her my order number and jasmine said I would see a standard day refund. What??? What does that mean? Apparently it takes 7 days to get refund and because she sounded rushed and perturbed, I don’t think she wrote down my order number, So this other Lori may get a refund I instead but now I will need to wait a week before knowing. So myself (Laurie) and another lady (Lori) got the wrong food with no help from Fremont Boudin location. Disappointed to say the least!

Not good for redeeming rewards
I wanted to redeem my rewards for my free loaf of bread but the app didn’t allow. So disappointed.

App won’t let me place orders. Had connection issues.
