Update made app unusable
Prior to the update, everything worked great. After update, I can’t even login. My signin credentials work fine when using the web but again, the app doesn’t accept it.
As convenient as it should be it fails at every turn
The one login page will never.. and I mean NEVER load it up. Something is bugged and for some reason whoever behind this refuses to fix the issue. It doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or on data there is NO navigation. And why I mean by this is that what needs to load up... (the whole onelogin) does not load up and in the surprising event that it does, no matter what you tap on refuses to load after that. Nothing can get done with this app and this why other apps that aren’t even native to this are created and work just fine. This is a shame and one more reason why the education system seems to be going against the students.
Never works
App updated and logged me out. Now I’m completely unable to login. Password never works even though I KNOW my password. Try to reset the password and it will not send the email to begin the reset process.
This ain’t it
This app crashes and have so many problems. It is not worth the time.
Still missing features
I would like to be able to sign in on the web and the sign in process to call in the app and sign me in. Just like other apps (Okta and Microsoft Authenticator).
Not opening
OneLogin is horrible it’s not opening any of the apps when I try to open it. It’s only gives me a white screen and it’s so annoying please fix this problem
