Passport chip reader doesn’t work after scan
I can scan my passport page details however crashes instantly when on step 2 when needs to read the chip

Similar to others…could not put my correct departure or arrival date. I have no confidence in this app, zero! It keeps warning you about placing false information & how one is liable for punishment etc. What are the repercussions for the Australian govt for activating such a poor travel access aid. This is frightful & shame on the govt for not having something reliable for such an important issue. It makes one place false data, how is this okay? Please fix this appalling piece of technology.
Date of travel error
Date at travel has a problem entering the correct dates. Making the entire process completely frustrating, like it’s not frustrating enough with all these extra requirements
Totally broken
As with other reviewers, the arrival and departure date wheel kept changing the date to the wrong date no matter what I did. I am not sure I will be able to get into the country since it forced me to select the wrong date with no way to change it, so here’s hoping they accept this as their error not mine...
lacking information
won’t let me enter my departure date… maybe because you can’t submit the declaration unless within 7 days(?) of flying. but no mention of this restriction anywhere in the app or online. coupled with the other reviews seems like a failure of a ux team. go aussie govt.
Broken mechanics
The passport scan feature doesn’t work no matter how hard I try. I scan the passport then it moves me on to reading the passport chip, then it says it failed to record info and has me try again
