Garbage
Simply - doesn’t work. Used to, was glitchy at times, now dead.
Endless login issues
Does not recognize the same login I use for the website. Endless loop of reset password/password not recognized.

Two problems - login/password errors and screen being on
The app works well as a way to earn CLE. The main problems are that it will repeatedly login if you accidentally touch the screen or have your phone in your pocket. That makes you have to reset your Westlaw password (which is annoying). Second issue: the screen has to be on. You can’t listen and turn off the screen as you can with nearly all other apps. This is also pretty annoying.
Update needed
Can you please, please, please update this app to something current. For the amount my firm pays to access this material having an updated app should be a no-brained.
Barely functional
The search feature stinks (I generally search and purchase on the website and then just use this to play the program since the search is so bad). The worst thing though, is there is no way to force a synch (so it could be days/weeks/months before content appears for you to download).
It doesn’t work
Half the time titles don’t play. I got a new firm phone so I thought it would solve the problem. What I need is my 2001 Nokia which I think would run this app flawlessly. Unfortunately, none of the last several generations of iPhone have done this. A real wash. Also now it doesn’t work in my car. How regrettable.
