I have found this dictionary to be an excellent tool. I have had no problems.
Need improvement
I was able to access the conjugation of the verbs. However I keep on getting an Audio Error every time I want to listen to a pronunciation. I agree that it does look like a very well finished App.

I can't figure out how to access verb conjugations. When I start app I am presented with a single screen giving me the opportunity to translate a single word from either language to the other one. I can't get to the verb conjugation section. It seems that this is an unfinished app.
