All the money this company gets from students and yet cannot make a simple app work properly? What a shame
Struck by how real the negative reviews are
I decided to download this app despite the negative reviews. I was thoroughly struck by how real the existing negative reviews are. For example, when you select “Login via Connect”, you’d be taken to a browser session, but unlike other apps you have used, it’ll log you in but won’t take you back to the app. The worst is when I logged in manually, the book pages are truncated: the top sections of the book never showed up and the book is completely not usable.
What a joke.
For all the money they take from us, they can’t afford to design a functional app. It literally doesn’t work. What an absolute scam.
Don’t waste your time...
The app doesn’t work. Everything from this company is trash. Especially when it comes to technology. They charge an insane amount of money for for a poor learning experience.
So much for studying on my phone...
I love McGraw Himl Connect so I was hopeful to be able to use it on the app on my phone. Guess not though. Even logging in was a pain. You have to turn the phone sideways and even then, tapping log in doesn’t function. The images are tiny and you have to zoom in and move the screen around with your fingers to navigate the screen, instead of everything being on one screen. If I could give this zero stars I would. What a disappointment. Get it together McGraw Hill, people do everything on their phone all the time now, so this needs to catch up.

Terrible
I love connect but this app was subpar to begin with... All of a sudden, it tells me my password is incorrect; but it works on the webpage. Why am I paying you so much flipping money?
