I've used this app for years due to severe repetitive strain injuries. It takes about 10 mins. to get used to. Want your mouse to click for you, just pause it over what you want to click. Want to doubleclick and open something, just hold down the FN key on your keyboard and a series of pop-up icons will appear. Just click on the double dot and the program will double click for you. Want to move a window, hold down the same FN key and select the second icon...then move your window. It's really easy. You can adjust the speed at which the click will take place after pausing your mouse. Just be aware where your mouse is at all times so you aren't accidentally opening windows randomly. Our hands have not been designed to click some 10,000 times a day. Even those without injury should use this to prevent damage and exhaustion. I couldn't work or use a computer without this wonderful program.
Dwell
It is terrible, bad quality and layout. Freezes, no option on exact time to set for clicks. Intervals dont work properly. They idea was great, but lack of effort. It is a scam of $10.
100% Necesarry For Long Computer Use
In combination with a trackball, I’ve reduced wrist strain considerably with this and Dwellclick. If you notice wrist pains, don’t make yourself worry anymore and just get this already.
The nicest useless app I
This app is extremely polished and configurable. It works very well and gives you lots of options for how to work. The only problem (for me, but maybe not for you) is that it doesn't seem to solve any problem that I have. If you don't have the finger strength to click your mouse button, then I'm not sure how you'll have the finger strength to use the keyboard. If everything you do on your computer requires the mouse, or if you control your computer with your voice, then this may be for you. It's extremely good at what it does, but if you have no problem clicking a button, then I'm not sure what the point is. Especially if you use a trackpad—the problem is already solved by Apple if you use a trackpad: just turn on tapping to click. But I'm giving it five stars since not solving MY problems doesn't mean it doesn't solve YOURS. If you need this sort of thing, I think you'll be very happy with it.

great if you have tendinitis
It hurts everytime I click the mouse so this is great…. the downside is, the instructions for how to use the options other than the basic click are confusing so I end up manually clicking and dragging or double clicking. I also couln’t figure out how to program the shortcuts.
