Great magazine for flight sim fan
Great magazine, i love it. It is current, covers the latest aircraft, scenery and utility releases as well as hardware like joysticks and VR. There are flight adventures, giving ideas about interesting places to fly to, as well as flight lessons to sharpen your skills. It covers civilian as well as military, ie combat flight sims. One of my favorite parts is the freeware section, where you get a selection of great freeware to download. Overall it is just an excellent magazine that i look forward to every time. And the iPad app is great too (please don't change it Pocketmags, it is perfectly good as it is)
Terrible customer support
Bought the electronic magazine to read on my iPad w/o having to use a separate app as reports indicate app crashes repeatedly. I wanted to read it using the built in iOS app instead. I NEVER used their app and they wouldn't refund my purchase price so that I could repurchase issue from iTunes to read on iPad. It would've been a "wash" to them, yet they wouldn't even respond to my repeated emails.
Buyer Beware
While I have enjoyed the magazine, this is is to be avoided. Since upgrading to iOs 9 this app has failed. If a new mag is available it takes DAYS to download and then crashes. Have a on a number of times tried to contact customer service but get the message that the Email has been returned as undeliverable. So buyer beware, while the magazine may be great for those of use who flight sim this magazine is afront, spamware at the very least
