Man, at first I was skeptical and ready to get a refund. When I opened the app and started using it, man it has the needed features and is easy to use. I love the optical zoom which my ip612 supports. First time a ip/cctv app that works.

Poor response!
I've seen a lot of great reviews, but we're having a very slow response to our problems in linking to the camera. I would assume when you purchase a security camera and monitoring system you would want a faster resolution to the problem. Maybe someday I will give this app a better rating, but I won't hold my breath! Can I give it a zero star?!

Simple yet intuitive
Very easy to use. Upgraded our security with Trendnet cameras. This app worked the best for all varieties of Trendnet cameras I used. Ie: dome and bullet style, as well as a HD pt zip camera. Found every camera and made the process of set up very simple. Ready to enjoy our new camera install almost immediately. Highly recommend.
A miracle!
I do technology consulting for small businesses. A customer and good friend of mine asked me to set up a security camera system he could view remotely. I decided to give trendnet a try. For 2 months the official trendnet app would freeze on the first hiccup of feeds. So he was only getting a second or two of viewing. He was extremely upset and I was as well, we thought the switch and cameras were faulty. I decided to give this app a try and it is a godsend! It works perfectly! The issue is every few seconds the cameras skip a frame or two and would cause the app to freeze. While I do think this is happening because of the switch, which we are replacing, this app handles those stutters perfectly. This app is a godsend and whomever was the coder is a genius. Trendnet should hire him/her to recode and refactor the original app, because this one is lightyears ahead!!!!!! 10/10. 11/10 with rice.
