Track steps button does not start
The start button is now visible. But click it does nothing. I linked it to Strava and that does not get the information either. I have to enter steps manually.
Where is the Step Tracker button?
I do not see “Get Active” and “Connect to Apple Health” buttons. Please help. Thanks
No activity tracking???
The pictures here show a tab for “get active” but the actual app doesn’t have that. It only has options for seeing how much money you’ve raised. There is absolutely no option to track your activity and the event I’m participating is kicking off today.

Need some help
Updated the app as instructed but can’t sync to Apple health or any activity tracker. App doesn’t give me any option to track steps. I’ve reached out to your customer support three times with no response. Very frustrating.

It worked great until today. The activity tracker disappeared.
How to view steps??
I loved the app the first day I used it. I could see my steps. It synced with my Apple Watch. I opened it today and can’t find my steps. I don’t get it.
