Crash and crash again......
I too have been dealing with constant crashing. I can’t finish one article without it crashing to the desk top. I’m talking about every 5 minutes or less. I’m using the latest iPad and software. Have done all the things you do when having this problem and nothing has worked. It’s ridiculous that a tech based magazines app is this buggy. I can tell from the other posts I’m not the only one with this problem. Anybody home at tech services? Does anybody care? This can’t be that hard to fix. It used to be fine....
A waste
As others have mentioned, app will crash after 2-3 mins while trying to read an article. If really dedicated you end P skimming articles one at a time before that crash.
When it works, it’s good. But it crashes
This app crashes. A lot! When it’s working it’s pretty easy to use. But that is more than offset by the frequency of its crashes. Halfway through an article, CRASH! two articles later, CRASH! I set a bookmark for the current article I’m reading and clear the previous one so I can remember where I was before the latest crash. Irritating!
Shuts down
After reinstalling it still shuts down in 5 minutes. Aren’t these guys supposed to be experts?
Memory leak?
This app crashes like clockwork. What gives? Fix your stuff. Will be dropping my subscription if this isn’t fixed soon. Just installed app after switching phones, so it’s the latest version.
PC Magazine can't seem to get an update right
Update 7/5/19 App now crashes every 5 minutes I have it on my IPhone and iPad same issue on both. Come on PC magazine look at this app and fix it please. This App is still a mess A shame really as I love the articles. First it kept telling me I need to update to new version that is not actually an new version. Now it will not let me open the March 2017 issue and I'm paid up till November 2017. I used to love this digital subscription but it's really turned into a disappointment. Please fix the app.
Crashes are us
For a magazine named PC Magazine you would think their app would work. It doesn’t. It crashes constantly. I can’t get through one issue without restarting it many times. It is very very frustrating. When I wrote an email to register a complaint I was asked for more info which I provided. I was asked for more info. Just fix the app! I see I am not the only one who is frustrated!
