Best for internist
I am an internal medicine resident and this app gave so much to my knowledge, especially during round and one of the attendings cite an RCT. It gives you the summary in very nice way.
Minimal trials
With so many going on at all times its a real let down to see so few updates for the cost of this app.

Not much in the lung cancer space. Was pretty excited about this app. Heard Peter Attia rave about it. Everything I searched for was not found. Very disappointing.

I purchased the app based on one of the websites recommendations and the high ratings of the app. But now I feel that I wasted $7. The entire surgical specialties including general surgery, vascular, urology, and vascular surgery have only 17 studies and some of them are 10 years old. This is not what I expected. The description of the app is misleading. This is just a sample of some articles in each specialty. Actually some specialties has only one or two articles.
In its infancy
Tremendous potential, great execution so far in terms of format, but weak in terms of volume of content. Hopefully that will change.
