Aspiring General Class
Met Stu at Dayton Ham Vention. Great guy and the study guide is superb. I Must have misunderstood him as I purchased the App for study purposes but does not cover general class. Apparently I need to buy the next step but am unable to do this? Looking forward to opening up more bands!! Thanks for the study guide. Revised: I found the general class version after more searching. I advise to put the tech or general in the app title.
Good App for Exam Preparation
This app does a fine job of presenting the FCC exam questions, either in a practice exam format or a question review format. It tracks which questions you are getting wrong and provides feedback. This app is especially useful if you are studying the HamRadioSchool book.
Ham Radio Learning for the 21st Century
I grew up with Gordo West Radio School and the ARRL License Books and they work. However, this group has the right curriculum for our times. The inter-linked App, Textbook and Web learning can't be beat. A new and most relevant approach to learning AND studying for the Amateur Radio License. As we used to say in the Fleet: Good Ju-Ju. You won't be disappointed.
