We heard of this app from a friend and it definitely delivered!! We explored a huge part of the island that we wouldn’t have known existed without this app. It guides you step by step to some of the most beautiful locations we’ve seen. You’ll be driving and the speaker will come on and say “around the next corner there’s a break in the guard rail, turn in and follow the road.” You would never know it’s there unless you are familiar with the area. We highly suggest this app if you’re new to the island like we were. Safe travels!!!!!

My friend and I traveled around Maui for 4 days with the help of this app! Our guide who we ended up calling “Uncle Ted” by the end of trip, gave us so many good tips including where to stop to get a view of waterfalls, eat cheap local food along the road to Hana, and more! I def recommend getting this app!
Perfect Touring App
The app was perfect for our sightseeing in Hawaii. Interesting commentary and excellent guidance. The man doing the talking does a great job. Use of GPS in remote areas was flawless. Our first experience with Gypsy was when we toured Arches National Park so we were thrilled to see that there was a Hawaii version as well.

Amazing App!!!!!! I didn’t want to see this beautiful trail with anyone but my hubby. You literally feel like you have a personal guided tour with no one physically there!! We saw everything we wanted to see with expert directions along with info about this historic and beautiful trail! You HAVE to get this if you are on the road to Hana!!!
Absolutely worth it!
Definitely worth the $10. We stopped and saw many things that we never even would have known existed and got great stories and commentary driving all over the island. Highly recommend getting the guide for all of Maui and not just the road to Hana.
