I wish I didn’t waste my money on this there is NOTHING to it no help at all very disappointing!!!!! Wish I could get a refund so don’t waste your money!!!
Not much to it
Very simple. Needs to track weight, have more detail in logging food, and calendar could be easier to plan fast days with a reminder maybe. Lots could be done to make this better. Not worth paying for. Wish I could get my money back! :(

I thought I was getting an app that help calculate my daily calories on the 5/2 diet. Instead it figured what intake is on fast days and rest days. That is all!! $1.99 for something I already knew. Do not purchase this.
