Love this game BUT
I love this game. I absolutely love it but every time I try to login to my animal jam account it tells me that it can’t connect to servers. And it’s been this way for a week. I really want my pet Joey and it’s most of the reason why I bought this. I’d really like some insight as to why this is happening
Will not log into Animal jam account
I purchased this app so my daughter could get the Joey (baby kangaroo) for her animal jam account. Once it was installed on my iPhone 7, we tried to log into her ajpw account, nope it says can not connect to the server. So we tried her AJ classic account.. nope again with the same message. So I go into my AJ parental app and reset both passwords. That did not work either. I deleted the app and reinstalled.. nope. We logged into her online accounts on the pc and logged back out. That did not work either. We opened the jump app and got the 1000 score to unlock the Joey and then tried again. Grrrrr, no again. $2.00 and nothing!

I have grown to hate Animal Jam. Roblox is much more user friendly. How in the hell do I cancel this game?

I cannot figure out how to get the Pet Joey to my account in animal jam!! I logged in and it didn’t work!! And I was so excited to get a Pet Joey!! But Great game overall.😭
Pretty good!
The game itself was pretty fun. However, it said an exclusive pet Joey was transferred to my Animal Jam account, which was actually the whole reason I bought this game in the first place, but it was not. Maybe it’s a bug or it takes a month to send it to your account? I don’t see that anyone else had this problem though.
