For creative, visual thinkers, this is THE BEST I have found. Only thing that would make it better is an integrated CRM. Great job!

There’s too much in Ayoa to do it justice in a short review. Suffice to say that if you are a “visually oriented” thinker, this app is amazing. Better still, it allows you to convert that visual into workflows, Gantt charts, lists...whatever helps you take the idea to an actionable plan. The two way integration with Google Calendar is phenomenally useful in taking that plan or Gantt chart to the micro level and fitting it into your days and weeks. There are a couple of minor things I’d like to see addressed. The app and website need a “dark mode”; the white background is too bright for long term use on a big screen. I’d like a way to convert a mind map into a Canvas. And I’d really like to see an option to keep completed items from disappearing from view (and subsequently from your calendar) after a short time. (There are work arounds for the latter.) But these are minor. I’ve tried most of the solutions out there ... Sunsama, Monday, etc. They all have their strengths, but Aoya is by far the one best suited to how I work.

Since this is already geared to have multiple users it should have a feature that allows lets say a district manager to assign a task to a person on the team. Then have it so that it takes both parties to check off the task in order for it to show completed. We call it inspecting what we expect. Often I leave tasks for managers to complete while I am away from their location. If they check it off as being done It would be nice If I could verify the completion on my next visit and check off my part. Two parity checking process. Don’t know any other way to explain this. Other than that this is a great product

Subscription is TOO expensive! Developers: Please note I’ve spent hundreds of dollars already on your overly-complicated iMindMap software due to your frequent updates. What’s more, you want to charge me to store more than 5 Mind Maps! Now you want me to spend over $100 per year to subscribe to this one? Please note I am NOT a business with millions of dollars—I am a retiree with zero income! It seems like a wonderful app as I love visuals, but please at least offer: a one-time purchase option, an individual-only plan for a small one-time fee; and/or offer iMindMap software owners a discount (one-time purchase as well).

I am OCD on personal task/project managers and have downloaded and tried over 50. If you are a Google calendar and task user, this is the one. High functionality for project, task, calendar, list, attachment, contact, collaboration, scheduling, and organization management. It works and is supported.
