Worthy of use for sales headhunters
If you are looking for clients, this is the way to go. It’s better than getting your email banned for so-called spamming.
Broken functionality.
1. Integration with LIn is very poor. 2. Any click leads to app getting stuck on the content preload screen. 3. I concur with other users: painful UX, high volume of bugs. Can you pass to the management a paying user request to invest our subscription money in hiring more developers instead of more managers, please?
Messenger doesn’t work properly
When sending a lead a message the scroller doesn’t seem to go far enough down, so the bottom of my message is always cut off. Making it very difficult to write or edit the last portion.
User friendly until you unsubscribe
Initially when I subscribed to the the Pro Sales navigator it worked great. I found it to be a great utility. However when you unsubscribe for a month and try to return, the app locks you out and erases all of your progress. I resubscribed through the apple ID subscription history and only then the app recognized this my device. Once logged in forced me to pay the same fee 79.99 AGAIN! Despite going through this the app recognizes my LinkedIn profile but erased ALL OF MY PROGRESS, SAVED LEADS, AND CONVERSATIONS. Don’t bother with this app. There is no number for to reach LinkedIn support to get a refund. Trying to reach apple support now. Just like any other company, the service is great until you want to leave.
You can’t message people on the app
Paying $80/mo to be unable to send a message on the app. So you click subject , input the subject, then can’t leave the subject text field. There’s no way to access the body text. Additionally, it always says I have a message in my inbox when I don’t. Stop reviewing this app 5 stars and then complaining it doesn’t work. You’re paying $80-$90 and it’s obvious the devs are aware as they have replied to acknowledge these issues going back a year or more. Literally unusable to me.
Decent enough!
Decent enough for getting leads! Good for pretty much the basics, but unlike most, it does it really well IMO
Doesn’t seem to sync properly
When I unsave an account from alert or just remove alerts while online they still show up in my app days after. Don’t see the point of having the app if it’s operating independently, ignoring what I do on the website.
