    Fix the bugs

    I love Ellen and would love to be able to watch episodes on her app but unfortunately the app loads blank screens except for in the search screen. Even though the search screen loads I cannot watch any episodes.

    Didn’t have option to ‘get’, just open. When I try to react to something, I get ‘something went wrong’.

    I love the content but the app quality is really poor. It’s super slow and glitches and lags (no it’s not my phone I’ve tried it on full service LTE network and WiFi) one reason is because it keep auto loading videos as you are scrolling. When it should wait for you to see the the video you’d like to watch. Also the full screen button does not work. Please fix this! Love the idea of having the app and I live the show! But I’d suggest having the user select the video instead of it auto playing each one you scroll by. It’s trying to play to many at once causing the app to slow down and glitch

    Love Ellen, but Need more captioned content

    I love Ellen. However, the app needs to be more inclusive of the Dead/deaf community. Only some of the video content is captioned. With today’s technology, it shouldn’t be that hard to get captions for all the videos posted. Please, add more captioned content!!
