Doesn’t work for iPhone
I can’t log in to my school’s portal. Called customer support. After telling me I probably put my information in wrong, and reinstalling the app, they told me there was a compatibility issue with the iPhone.

It's ok. Not very practical.
There is very little to do in this app. Checking scores and asking the professor questions is pretty much all you can do this app. I want to check assignments and view shared documents. This app needs more useful functions.
Should be zero stars
I downloaded this app to use on my iPad since Apple is winning its ban on flash. I couldn't even log in. My college comes up, pretty logo and looks all authentic, then nothing. I contacted their support via chat and they seriously told me that my device was not compatible. I reiterated, this is an Apple apps store app, and it's not compatible, he said yes. I knew at that point that we had a language Barr but seriously Pearson? Support your products!!!
Lack of Commitment/Integrity
The fact that someone was paid to make this is absolutely astounding. This application is a joke in every sense of the word, both literally and figuratively. Nothing useful can be accomplished with an application that is not designed to work and is lacking in many, if not all areas.

Poor execution and design.
Using Safari on the iPhone is easier. As a professor who was one of the first faculty taught how to teach online for IWU over a decade ago, I have seen many interfaces come and go due to lack of commitment by their company. This application is just not (yet) helpful. Not optimized for iPhone 6+ so below comments may reflect this lack of compatibility. Can't open reply threads, clicking on post opens initial post - but not threads. Activity windows show recent posts, but clicking on them does nothing. Bottom line: promising, but poor execution and design. Not a replacement for Safari.
